Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to the terms at the time of purchase.
Can I Return My Order?
Yes, absolutely.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, please make sure the following conditions are met:

The item must be returned in its original condition, with all parts, components, and packaging intact.

Only normal handling is permitted — items damaged due to misuse or negligence cannot be accepted.

For products where hygiene is important, items must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us immediately upon delivery.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are typically processed within 7 business days of receiving your parcel.
If all requirements are met, we’ll confirm your return and issue a refund during this period.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if we suspect the item has been worn, used, or damaged for reasons unrelated to us.
How to Start a Return
If your order meets the return conditions above, please follow these steps:

Once we’ve received your request, our customer care team will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
⚠️ Important: Please do not send your parcel directly to the sender address.
Always wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
If you’ve made your purchase as a private customer (non-business), you have the right to cancel your order under the following conditions:

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order (or the last item in your shipment).

Because our system is fully automated, orders are processed and dispatched shortly after payment.
Once shipment has begun, we cannot stop or cancel the order mid-transit.
A refund is only possible once the goods have been delivered and returned to us.
To exercise your right to cancel, please email us at support@emilyamelia-atlanta.com with a clear statement requesting to cancel your purchase.
The cancellation becomes effective once we’ve received the returned items.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Orders in Transit
As our items are shipped from our central warehouse in Asia, delivery times can occasionally be longer than expected.
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled until the goods have been delivered.
We recommend notifying us in advance if you intend to return your parcel, and sending it back as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include proof of shipment to help us process your return faster.
Refunds
Once your cancellation and returned items have been received and approved, we’ll process your refund.
Refunds include the product amount only and exclude shipping costs.
If you selected a faster or premium shipping method, we will refund only the cost of our standard delivery option.
Refunds are always issued using the same payment method you used at checkout, unless we agree otherwise.
No additional fees will be charged for the refund itself.
